MUSA CATERING MENU - Cold and Warm Buffet

Cold buffet - Our client from Prague demanded catering in the form of self-service buffet lunch for a meeting of their international management. The menu composition was tailored to the desired time span (45 minutes in between meetings) and geo-cultural mix of participants (international cuisine).

Warm buffet - The client asked for a catering of warm lunch with service for its special project team. We recommended a buffet-style service, i.e. the lunch was served by our staff from a buffet table. Considering the structure of participants there was a necessity of vegetarian-meal alternative.


Cold buffet
  • Turkey roll filled with leaf spinach and parmesan
  • Roastbeef in a pepper-mustard crust
  • Real Greek salad
  • Mix of leaf salads with pancetta, blue cheese and avocado
  • French dressing
  • A selection of fresh baguettes
  • Fruit basket
Warm buffet
  • Grilled pork fillt in a home-made marinade of fresh herbs
  • Thyme-scented potatoes
  • Vegetarian Thai green curry
  • Florentine salad with blue grapes
  • Yoghurt dip
  • Mix of fresh breads and rolls
